About Maria Isabella: Maria Isabella is a chef and an award-winning writer and author of two bestselling cookbooks: "Chefs & Company" and "In the Kitchen with Cleveland's Favorite Chefs." She has 30+ years' creative experience in advertising, marketing, and social media, plus a degree in Communications. She's also a tester for America's Test Kitchen and Bon Appétit, as well as a judge for the IACP awards, cookbook reviewer for Penguin Random House, special projects editor for Vitamix, freelance writer for Edible Cleveland, board member of the Cleveland chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, and member of the James Beard Foundation.
